This is a customer service-oriented position and excellent communication skills are required, utilizing excel/word documents to produce receiving reports and Bills of Lading for incoming and outgoing cargo and materials. Computer literacy is a must for uploading and downloading files, documents, and photos related to incoming and outgoing customer products.

Must have the ability to coordinate shipment schedules, multitask, and stay organized in an ever-changing and diverse climate to fit customer needs. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Preferred industrial warehousing knowledge and familiarity.
