The role of our Account Managers is critical to the Company’s success.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team on-site. The primary focus of this role is managing and developing customer relationships and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and partners regarding the oversight of their inventory. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will be the key point of contact for ensuring client satisfaction and smooth coordination.
In addition to customer interaction, this role is responsible for processing and preparing billing for both inbound and outbound shipments and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all logistics-related transactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and works well independently as well as within a team.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5+ experience in Account Management, preferably in logistics and understand supply chain operations and freight processes. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for maintaining clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets for reporting and analysis. Experience with inventory management is also necessary, as this role requires monitoring inventory movement and maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation.
